Hi there I’m Gareth. I was born in Lancaster and brought up in Morecambe. I started my career in hospitality and catering which I did for 15 years working in hotels, pubs and restaurants. During that time, I designed and set up kitchens to suit individual business needs and also provided a consultation to businesses that where struggling to hit their monthly target by utilising what assists and skills they had to offer. I have a strong and passionate understanding of what a business needs to be successful and continue to grow and adapt with the times. I then changed Careers as I was missing out watching my children develop and grow so I decided to take a pay cut and became a courier. Within 2 years I started my own company where I had 3 vans and drivers and subcontracted for companies such as Yodel, Fed ex, Menzies and EVRI. I ran this company for 5 years, then unfortunately due to staff letting me down as well as personal health reasons I had to give this up and find a career which fitted my currant situation. This was hard as I was 38 and only had catering qualifications. I wanted a job where I could make a difference and help people, so I became a residential support worker with students with Autism, ADHD and behaviour issues. I really enjoy this role helping students become independent and seeing them achieve there goals and dreams.

How much do you charge?
Phoenix Property Sourcing charge 3% (residential property) 5% (commercial property) of the final agreed purchase price. I do ask for £1000 deposit and when the deal if fully completed the remaining balance will be paid.
For example:
Residential Home- £120,000
Deposit-£1000
Remaining fee (once completed)- £2600
Commercial Property- £250,000
Deposit- £1000
Remaining Fee (once completed)- £11,500
What happens if you don’t find a property?
Part of the contract agreement is a time (90 working days) frame of finding the perfect property which matches your criteria. If I don’t find your property within that time, then I will refund your deposit back in full after 90 working days.
Do you cover all the other moving fees?
No I do not. I only provide the property and negotiate a price with the seller and then it will be your responsibility to organise any other relevant fees.
Are you compliant and have all relevant insurances?
Absolutely, I am fully compliant and have all the relevant insurances that is required to find you your perfect investment.
